Quick, courteous and efficient. Came within an hour, quoted costs upfront and was able to complete job there and then. Job involved replacing the carbon brush heads. All working and left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Hassan and his colleague were amazing - they quoted a 45 call out fee (far cheaper than others I called) and were able to come same day. They were neat and tidy, fixed the issue and were extremely reasonable for the price to fix my dishwasher which I thought would need replacing. Definetly using them for further work I have - putting away my taskrabbit for these guys!

Polite, fixed the machine quickly

A 20 year old Tumble Dryer that has never let us down decided to come a bit loose. Some bolts had threaded and the drum had damaged some parts. Top marks to Hassan he used to work for Hotpoint and commented how in shape it still was. Had to order some parts so took a few days but well worth it. Thanks again

Came to fix the same day I posted on here. Was very friendly, knowledgeable and fixed my appliance in no time at all, great work!

My washing machine was making a strange noise, like a piece of metal bouncing around inside the case on the spin cycle, caught in the slipstream. After reviewing Checkatrade and seeing the feedback we engaged Mr Hassan Ibrahim, owner of H&J. He quoted £80 and advised he would be round late afternoon. He checked the machine and within 20 mins had extracted some coins and started to pack up. He ran a test on the machine having packed away everything and found another problem. This took another 1.5 hours to extract a piece of wire, an excellent job all round, worth every penny.

Joseph carried out repairs on my washing machine the same day that the issue occurred. He was a great help - incredibly polite, fixed the issues and gave me lots of helpful tips on how to keeping the machine ticking!

Joseph is simply amazing. My washer dryer tripped off my lights and stopped working, and I was fortunate to be put in contact with J. Right from the phone call to the actual visit, J was very courteous and took the time to explain things to me despite my many questions. He performed the diagnostics, and other than a blown fuse it turned out my machine was actually okay! I am so thankful J came to have a look at my machine and saved me the pain of buying a new one that would have cost hundreds of pounds. I would recommend J without hesitation as he is really good and knowledgeable.
